The President also addressed the need to streamline the use of Official Development Assistance (ODA) to cut bureaucratic delays and accelerate public service.

The forum serves as a platform for the government to engage with development partners and stakeholders, assessing the midpoint progress of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028. The event also featured remarks from Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisakan and World Bank Division Director Zafair Mustafolu, who reaffirmed the development partners' commitment to supporting the Philippines' growth.
