INGREDIENTS
1 watermelon
350 ml vodka
200 ml white wine
Tap kit
Ice
METHOD
Cut off the bottom edge of the watermelon so it can stand upright on a table. Cut part of the top off, enough for a blender to fit through the whole.
Blend/crush all the watermelon. Pour and strain into a bowl. Make a cut on one bottom side of the watermelon. Fit the tap.
Pour in the watermelon water, then add vodka and white wine. Add ice.
Serve with ice and a slice of lemon.
