The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) has opened the compensation service to the first claims for people representing a deceased infected person, and those who are affected.

In this video, Chief Executive David Foley explains more on how we will do this.

The claim service will start with a small number of claims and gradually expand, with claims prioritised in line with Infected Blood Inquiry recommendations.
