Reform UK has unveiled its London mayoral candidate for 2028 — Laila Cunningham — standing shoulder to shoulder with Nigel Farage and declaring an “all-out war” on crime in the capital.

But before taking on Sadiq Khan, there’s a small problem…

👉 Multiple companies linked to Cunningham were struck off by Companies House after failing to file legally required documents.

Yes — the party that claims Britain is drowning in “lawlessness” has picked a candidate whose own businesses were dissolved for ignoring basic legal obligations.

📉 What went wrong?

• Two companies connected to Cunningham and her husband were compulsorily struck off
• One strike-off followed a previous warning that had already been paused
• Failing to file company accounts is technically a criminal offence — even if prosecutions are rare

Cunningham insists there was “never any wrongdoing”, describing the strikes as “just paperwork” and something “lots of people do”. Apparently, ignoring the law is fine — as long as you call yourself an entrepreneur.

Even more impressively, she suggested we should “reward” this behaviour because she was “taking risks”.

🤔 Funny how this works…

Reform UK is obsessed with “law and order” — until it’s their own candidate.
They rail against “rule-breakers” — until the rules are inconvenient.
They scream about accountability — until it applies to them.

This isn’t just hypocrisy.
It’s on-brand Reform UK incompetence.

If they can’t manage filing deadlines…
why should anyone trust them with London?
