Описание: Welcome to Part 3 of our Theme Park playthrough series. In this episode we run into some issues with research and our park value starts to dip a bit. We stabilized things last episode, but somehow things took a downturn without us doing much.

I previously mentioned in part 2 (   • Theme Park Gameplay - Part 2 (PC - 1994) N...  , that we might be running into potential research issues. I wasn't able to completely determine that this round, but things certainly felt slow. I might also be researching at a very low level, but it seems like the Upgrade Facilities allocation really didn't move much. However, that specific research field might have a much higher investment requirement. We'll see.

Very cool moment happened in this part, a salary negotiation mini game (timestamped below). I don't remember ever seeing that when I first played this a long time ago, so I was pumped.
