Описание: WO1 John Greenhalgh is the Regimental Sergeant Major of 4th Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (4LANCS), a British Army Reserve Battalion based in the North West of England.

As a Regular Army soldier, he is currently posted to 4LANCS and is responsible for the discipline of the Other Ranks (ORs), as well as instilling good practice and training.

He acts as the bridge between soldiers and officers, providing a voice for the soldiers of 4 LANCS and acting as a confidant and advisor to the Commanding Officer.
