Today is the day I show you how to cook Japan's best beef and this time it is a 60 days dry-aged wagyu A5! The best beef ever dry-aged to make it extra special! This is how I cook this amazing steak in the grill and the only way I would recommend anybody to cook a Japanese Wagyu A5. It is just perfect! I'm also preparing some chimichurri sauce for those sauce lovers that will make your head spin when you try it with this quality of meat.
This is with no doubt the BEST BEEF I've ever eaten and will remain that way for a long time. The tenderness of the meat, the umami flavor of the dry-aged and the completely outstanding juiciness of this steak make it a Real special diner.
