This panel focuses on how data analytic and interpretive work can be documented in performance and write-ups. Jessica Gullion discusses how qualitative researchers might write for general audiences. In particular, she focuses on how to translate qualitative research into opinion pieces and editorials. Johnny Saldaña discusses how "thinking theatrically" can enhance the ethnodramatic playscript and its presentation. Aishath Nasheeda describes a narratological process of turning transcripts into stories using a multi-method restorying framework, including elements such as form, function and phenomenon. Using the autoethnographic study, “Life After Leaving,” Sophie Tamas, the author, and Mitchell Allen, the publisher, describe the social process by which scholars interact with publishing gatekeepers.
