Watch me over-explain how to use the budget sheet I made.
I forgot to explain that you do have to carry over your end of month account balances to the new spreadsheet but you will figure that out in about 5 seconds when you go to start your second month.
The confusing issues around paying bills showing up properly in deviation glitch, but I recommend naming it "Paying Bills" and "Bills being paid"
