Borough Council continues to work on the 2024 Budget, which includes seven different funds. If you haven't been able to make the Council meetings, sit back and watch this video to get caught up!
Council's been discussing the budget and reviewing drafts at their August 7th, September 5th, and October 2nd public meetings. Council conducted a complete read-through of the budget at their October 11th Bi-Monthly meeting.
The 2024 Budget stands positioned to be advertised for public inspection at their November 6th Meeting. Council continues to weigh an incremental tax increase of 0.50 mills-- a 3% increase from 2023. If the budget is advertised at their November meeting, it would be officially adopted at the December 4th meeting.
