Recipe:
1-4oz lobster tail
1 Dungeness crab cleaned
 8 jumbo prawns cleaned
2 tablespoons of chopped shallot
2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of lobster bouillon
1 1/2 cups, a half and half
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 cups of sherry wine
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
 1/2 of a red, roasted bell pepper, chopped
 four Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells, follow directions and pre-toast. (do me a favor and don’t cook them upside down.) 🙃
