Dr. Vilash Reddy has a comprehensive method of evaluating patients from a bio-psycho-social model. He believes in the importance of integrative treatment for underlying mental health issues, by prescribing low-side effect medications, practices 4 different types of therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy).

In addition, he tends to augment treatment with various evidence-based alternative remedies. During the course of treatment, he continually educates patients on their underlying disease and each encounter is therapeutic in nature. He has a very robust blog with a lot of important articles helping to empower each of his visitors.
