Actually this dance style is Sevillanas and some do not consider Sevillanas a flamenco style, although it is very often interpreted by flamenco dancers, singers and guitarists, because it also originates in Andalucía. Oftentimes Sevillanas are considered a Spanish folclore, while flamenco is not, as it is a difficult art form that only a minority of people in Spain can perform.
The lyrics that this flamenco singer is singing, are beautiful, however they have an untipical structure for the dancer. Hence the dancer is struggling sometimes. It is an improvisation, the dancer does not know what the singers is going to sing. Maybe neither does the singer. :)
