Servicing youth is expensive. Real programs don’t run on hype, shortcuts, or “just show up” energy. The truth is, committed facilitators often invest far beyond what families are charged, because the mission matters. That’s why we refuse to lower standards just to fill slots, chase names, or stack teams for summer wins.

Too much spring and summer basketball has turned into a business model: pack the gym, sell concessions, collect fees, and call it “development.” But culture gets crushed when the premier focus becomes numbers instead of growth, and wins instead of work.

ARE U WASTING TIME? is built on something different: commitment over clout, development over popularity, quality over quantity. We will absolutely work with elite talent, but only when it comes with elite commitment.

We have a 14-city tour planned, family activities, and real exposure opportunities—but we’re not chasing uncommitted elites. We’re investing in the students who are ready to be coached, ready to be accountable, and ready to grow.

Because in the end, the community doesn’t need more stacked teams. It needs more committed young leaders.
