Polar Bear Week is a week of appreciation for arguably one of the most iconic animals on the planet. Currently polar bears are listed as vulnerable by the IUCN, the Arctic sea ice they use to hunt is in decline due to the effects of global climate change. Throughout the week we will be releasing photos, videos and infographics (in association with Polar Bears International and Yorkshire Wildlife Park Foundation) celebrating these magnificent animals, while also highlighting small changes we can all make, that when scaled up, can help reverse climate change!
