Recipe;
4-Medium sized sweet potatoes
1/2-Cup milk
2-Eggs
1-Carrot
1-Small Bell pepper
Scotch bonnet
Suya spice
Spring onions
Salt tt
Stock cubes
Cheddar cheese
Method;
Cook potatoes until soft
Mash with the aid of a food processor
Add milk to mashed potatoes and fold in
Place in a baking pan
Beat two eggs add some carrots,peppers,seasonings and salt
Pour egg mixture on top of mashed potatoes.
Bake for 35mins at 180 c and enjoy
