Okay, dont really do this anymore and it's because I now start attacking quicker since threat and positioning happens faster and my judge is still on CD .. i didnt realize that when making this video, so your opener rotation, if you arent waiting for threat long enough for judge to come back off CD, or if you already have 3 stacks of Vengeance after the CS, is going to be as follows:

judge crusader - instant twist - cs - filler - auto - judge - set up command and twist - go into normal rotation from there
