Paneer Butter Masala Ingredients:
For Marinating Paneer:
• 300g paneer cubes
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• Salt to taste

For Tomato Puree:
• 4-5 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
• 1-inch piece of ginger
• 2 green chilies
• 1-2 tsp red chili powder

For Cashew Paste:
• 10-12 cashews, soaked

For Paneer Masala:
• Marinated paneer cubes
• Tomato puree
• Cashew pastes
• 2 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 green cardamoms
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• Water as needed

Garlic Naan Ingredients:
• 2 cups of flour
• ½ teaspoon of baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• ¾ cup or 150 grams of yogurt
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• Butter as needed
• Finely chopped coriander leaves
• Finely chopped garlic, as needed
