Feedback loops occur in every relationship and the more you are aware of them the more you can influence them for good! A feedback loop is a loop of behavior that occurs between two or more people. In psychology and the study of human relationships, sometimes we call these relationships a "System". This principle is referring to the idea that the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of one person in a family or relational system will impact all of the other members of that system - for good or for ill. Because of this idea that we are all connected in our relationships, understanding how this connection works can become very important when looking for ways to improve your relationships!
