This is a demonstration of a printed circuit board (PCB) with the components assemblies, via the following stages:
EBOM-MBOM reconciliation with 3D visualization, and dynamic indication, the Assembly Planning sub-assemblies assignment to stations using PERT chart, operation variants validation, the production planning, with Ticon integration for detailed time study, line balancing for better utilization of the line resources, the Work Instruction Authoring, for maintaining textual consistency including 2D and 3D visuals, and in the shop floor production the Work instruction presented with the latest information approved by whole stakeholders
