Описание: No I'm not doing an official tasting! I came to realize last night that I had never gone over what wine pairings would work for Christmas and didn't even scratch the surface here as to the possibilities and combinations. This moreso is a starting guide to get the mind thinking, the juices literally flowing as to what wines work for what situations at dinner, and a few examples I have from my collection (which never seems to have enough white wine for some unusual reason!). Nevertheless, it is always best to ask around as well while at a wine store and preferably go in with a hint of information and what you're looking for and success should be yours to achieve. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and learned a little something here in the process.
