Skylanders Music Video - Polkamon (Weird Al Yankovic)

Technically, it's not a polka medley of any existing song but it is a song about Pokemon in a polka style. You could say, this is a polkafied take on the Pokerap.

Speaking of Pokerap, I was originally going to do a parody of that with the Skylanders. However, my interest with Pokemon keeps turning off and on from time to time. Sometimes, I'm interested in Pokemon but other times, I'm hooked on to something else. Maybe it's because of my lack of interest with anime as a whole but I still find some charm in looking back at it. It's just that I prefer western animation more. In the end, I decided to give up on it and instead do this.

I use to be a fan of Pokemon when I was a kid but my interest stopped when I went to England in 2007 and I stopped somewhere at the beginning of the fourth generation.

You could make an arguement that some of the Skylanders or even the entire Skylanders franchise was inspired by Pokemon. One example is Warnado resembling Wartortle and the Roll part of Rocky Roll has the ability to make himself look like Geodude. Heck when you have the top half of Magna Charge (who looks like Magnemite) and the bottom half of Blast Zone, you have Magna Zone which sounds like Magnezone, the final evolution of Magnemite.
