Video tutorial of brushless conversion installation of the RC Madness BL5 kit on a Losi 5ive-T. I take you through an short introduction and motor mount installation. The BL5 conversion is the best layout and design of any conversion available. It keeps the weight balance left to right nearly perfect, actually the servo side is 1oz heavier with stock servos! The motor mount retains the adjustability of the stock gas engine by keeping the inserts that go under the chassis to automatically set the gear mesh. The motor is as close to the chassis as possible for the lowest center of gravity, and the mount is so rigid, the conversion is capable of 12s lipo. No stress on center diff, and best of all, mechanical brakes still allow brake bias to the rear so you can drive it so hard, tap the brakes and drift through the turns.
