Sandhar and Kang 'SK Building formerly George J. Mason LTD. Grocers. This building was originally used as the headquarters for the grocery stores owned by George J. Mason LTD, which was a chain of grocery stores around the West Midlands area that was birthed in the Black Country, and eventually, the head office came to Birmingham in 1922.
It then in later years became a warehouse for the cash & carry firm (Sandhar & Kang). It was sold off to a developer in 2017, but has since lay dormant.
