In an exclusive interview with Morocco World News (MWN) India’s Ambassador to Morocco Sanjay Rana said Morocco and India share similar needs, and can learn from each other as AI reshapes education and work.
He pointed to the digital public infrastructure (DPI) as the backbone for scaling AI benefits, recalling Morocco-India cooperation on projects such as the RNP and social registry, and said both countries can work on AI tools that support local languages like Darija.
Rana also stressed that governments must translate AI opportunity into real outcomes, skills and jobs, adding that fair access so technology does not widen social gaps.
