Can you solve the blindfolded coin sorting puzzle?
Imagine you have 50 coins, with exactly 16 facing tails-up. Your goal is to sort the coins into two piles such that the number of tails-up coins in each is the same. The catch is you’re blindfolded, so you don’t know the state of any coin.
Now, you’re free to move coins between piles and flip them over, but again you can’t tell whether any coin is heads or tails. All you know for certain is that there are 50 coins, and 16 are tails-up.
Can you find a way to sort the coins?
