a note on mag size and mag perks: it appears that the more bullets you want to cram in your magazine, the less in reserves bungie wants you to have. for example, a base scintillation with no mag anything gives 24 in reserves at max reserves. a scintillation with an adept mag mod and no other changes gives 23 in reserves.

also, again, any slight variation in your weapon roll outside of the one that i suggest is not going to matter too much.
