I can't wait for all the chronically online comments underneath this video because after a lot of research (linked below) and a more than a few attempts to can the video altogether we're finally delving into the issue of being chronically online! This video grew into more than I was expecting so we're not just covering the ways that being chronically online is bad for your brain and your body and mental health but also how being chronically online can turn into a performative and judgemental kind of "activism" that isn't actually all that helpful.
