it’s time to make these nice legend bois some good ol battle themes

heck yeeee

really happy with this one. :)))) like i think it’s fun and intimidating and is fitting for a powerful looking pokemon like solgaleo (name of course maybe subject to change). i spent a lot of time on it, probably the most out of all my original comps that i’ve been pumping out as of late. i don’t know, guess i just got really into it lol. especially proud of the motif, i mean it’s simple but it works rly well for a fire lion i think

um i’m still using a lot of B/W instruments even though this is gen 7 now, but i guess that’s just engraved in my pokemon comp style at this point. i’ve been integrating higher quality things like better drum samples and the occasional instrument lately though (like guitar) so that’s cool, progress i suppose. but yeah overall though i’d definitely assume that the B/W instruments are staying, for the most part. i like them too much lol.

pokemon sun and moon are sexy af looking so far btw. won’t have another place to say this, so i’m totally #teamrowlett. oh, and i actually like the moon legendary more, so i’m picking moon. i’m thinking when i make a theme for the bat, it’ll be more techno-y from the start and probably be more similar to my magearna piece, or something
