In an interview with The New Indian Express – Kerala, recorded on 12 March 2023, RMP leader and MLA K.K. Rema strongly criticises Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan for repeatedly attacking her late husband, RMP founder T.P. Chandrasekharan, even after his murder.
Rema says that only a vile person would continue to target someone who is no longer alive, adding that she can never see Pinarayi Vijayan as a normal human being because of this conduct.
She also speaks emotionally about her son, recalling how she was deeply worried when he struggled with thoughts of revenge over his father’s killing. Rema says she consciously guided him away from such feelings.
