Описание: Come along for a day in my life, training for the World Championships of wakeboarding and wakefoiling. In this video I talk about the ins and outs of what it looks like to prepare for a major event, how I recover, my mental strategy, and even my wave settings on the Paragon. I ended up winning both the strapped and strapless category in the professional foiling category, and made it to the finals in Wakeboarding as well! This training session definitely paid off at the WWA World Championships presented by Nautique in Australia!
