But the FBI has a long memory.

Brett Leatherman, Assistant Director of @FBI Cyber Division, put it plain: unless you're vacationing in Pyongyang or Moscow, the warrant is waiting.

On July 3rd, Xu Zewei (one of the co-conspirators behind those attacks) was arrested in Milan by Italian police on a provisional FBI warrant. He's now in Houston, Texas, awaiting trial.
