Had an hour or so to spare at Heathrow & couldn't help but notice they were arriving on RWY09L so thought I'd go down and get some footage. My second video from Heathrow this year! A chilly afternoon and quite a strong wind blowing, making it rather difficult to film without a tripod, but I gave it a good go none the less.
I've edited all flight information onto the screen for your enjoyment!

Not a bad mix for an hour of filming. Unfortunately during the time I was there 2x A380's landed, but both went on the opposite runway, 09R. So I didn't bother filming them.
Also my trip was cut short by a "new manager" at the Thistle Hotel who decided that everyone who wasn't a guest is no longer welcome on the viewing terrace. So instructed us to leave. Despite the fact I've been going for many years, since I was a kid and never had a problem. So be warned #avgeeks of Heathrow. The Thistle Hotel is going downhill rapidly with awful management. Certainly will never be staying there again by choice after being treated like that. So just a warning. You're no longer allowed there if you're not staying at the hotel & she came out and insisted we left.
