At 08:13 the Elizabeth-Wirt VFD was alerted for a vehicle fire on Elizabeth Pike. We responded with E-94 & T-92. Halfway through our response, we were told that a cement truck had stopped and was able to knock majourity of it out with a hose. We arrived on scene and extinguished the rest.
