In this video, we are building a 3-layer all-foam Queen mattress:
Layer 1: 2 in, 2.5 lb Gel Memory Foam
Layer 2: 3 in, 1.8 lb Polyurethane Foam
Layer 3: 7 in, 1.8 lb Polyurethane Foam

Based on these specs, the LCN1250 Lamination system builds at a max rate of 1600 beds/8 hr shift or 400 beds/operator. With 70% uptime, it builds 1120 beds/8 hr shift or 280 beds/operator.
