A Small mistake in product handling can have long reaching ramifications and in 1958 one such mistake led to a 15-20 minute critialicallity excursion and 8 people being exposed to radiation with 5 being hospitalised for over 40 days. In this video we are looking at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory Y-12 criticality accident.
