Описание: Tiger Tales: From August of 2020, I interviewed Trish Farr-Payne on camera about Carole Baskin and Don Lewis Disappearance. Compelling and informative. This was going to be the basis for our deposition of Kenny Farr and Carole Baskin in the Pure Bill of Discovery, but obviously the family went in a different direction and dismissed that lawsuit. We amended that Complaint solely to add claims of defamation against Anne McQueen. We will still have the opportunity to depose them in Anne McQueen's lawsuit. Our focus is that and Joseph A Maldonado's case. We filed a Motion for New Trial in Joe's criminal case last week. This information stands as evidence, which points to other causes and locations of Don's death. None of these videos are monetized. They are all designed to obtain information about what happened to Don Lewis for the cases we have filed.

Joseph Maldonado, also known as “Joe Exotic,” has retained John M. Phillips, Amy Hanna and the Law Offices of Phillips & Hunt to lead criminal and civil litigation matters related to a new trial. Maldonado was a key subject of the 2020 television show, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness. However, Mr. Maldonado-Passage has been in prison since before this series debuted. He takes exception with his portrayal in the show and has significant issues related to how the filming hindered his criminal trial. Further, since the trial, information has since come to light about witnesses colluding and conspiring against Maldonado.

“Justice is supposed to be blind, fair and level,” said attorney John M. Phillips from his primary office in Jacksonville, Florida, “Yet, we already have evidence that Joe’s trial was none of those things.” Phillips continued, “Our goal is to set the record straight and get a new trial for Mr. Maldonado. We are working through these issues now. This is serious and probably has been treated with less seriousness and sanctity than justice deserves.”

Witnesses like Jeff Lowe, Lauren Lowe, Allen Glover, James Garretson and John Reinke have come forward with new evidence. This series of videos discusses some of that new evidence.
