Tilapia
Tilapia fillets
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice

Preparation

Marinate the tilapia fillets with salt, black pepper and lemon juice for about 2 hours.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
Place the tilapia fillets in the pan with the marinade juices.
Cover and cook for a few minutes on one side.
Flip the fillets and cook for a few more minutes.
Add one tablespoon of capers and cook until the cooking liquid is almost reduced.
Vegetables:
In another pan heat olive oil.
Sauté chopped garlic.
Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
Add green beans and cook until tender but still slightly crisp.
Serve the tilapia with the sautéed vegetables and enjoy!
