Описание: 2024 thru hike of the spectacular Colorado Trail. Part 2: hiking from Leadville (Holy Cross Wilderness) to Monarch Pass, via the Collegiate West route. Including a side trip to Mount Elbert (14,439 feet, highest peak in Colorado). Started on July 14, reached Monarch Pass on July 21 (eight days, 113.7 miles). Highlights included Holy Cross Wilderness, Mount Elbert, Twin Lakes, Collegiate Peaks Wilderness, Hope Pass, Lake Ann Pass, Cottonwood Pass, Continental Divide, Monarch Pass.
