Описание: High Court in Pretoria Judge Sulet Porteril says convicted rapist Thabo Bester and Dr Nandipha Magudumana knew the documentary will be aired and two weeks prior the trailer was out.

The urgent applications brought by Bester and Magudumana to halt the Netflix documentary 'Beauty and the Bester' have been struck off the roll.

This means that the three-part series can be aired. The pair have been ordered to pay the costs.
