The group is at Tara's (Blythe Danner from We Were the Mulvaneys and Back When We Were Grownups, who rescued Paul when he crashed on Earth 60 years ago. Although angry at first, she forgives Paul and makes coffee for her visitors. Just then, Haggard (Bill Hader de Superbad), O'Reilly (Joe Lo Truglio de Wet Hot American Summer) and Zoil (Jason Bateman de Arrested Development et Couples Retreat) surround the house. They flee but O'Reilly shoots at them, igniting gas from Tara's stove and destroying her house with him inside.

What’s the movie Paul about?
For 60 years, Paul (Seth Rogen’s voice, who also starred in Knocked-Up and Neighbors), an alien, has been living on Earth and collaborating with the American government. He is hiding in a top secret military base... Paul is at the origin of everything we could imagine about aliens, from merchandising to the scenarios of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, E.T. or even X Files. Unfortunately for him, now that the American government has taken away all the interesting information about extraterrestrial life, they decide to get rid of him. Paul manages to escape and comes face to face with two teenage science fiction fans who are traveling around the United States in a camper van. Paul convinces them to take him with them and help him leave the earth. The task becomes even more difficult for our two "Sunday heroes" as they are being pursued by a relentless cop assisted by two FBI goons...
