The album "Singers & Players" is a new work by the renowned Spanish producer and musician Roberto Sánchez, performing under the moniker Lone Ark. Unlike many previous projects where Sánchez acted primarily as a producer for other artists, here he takes on the role of the lead vocalist. The recording took place at his famous A-Lone Ark Muzik Studio in Santander, known for its commitment to authentic analog equipment and recording techniques of the 1970s. Musically, the album represents classic Roots Reggae with deep basslines and meditative lyrics touching upon spiritual and social themes. The album features contributions from the studio's regular team of musicians, including bassist Lee and keyboardist I Man Cruz.
