LifeStrengths is a recognized innovative solution for helping at-risk youth in the Springfield community leave past labels behind and successfully transition into adulthood.
Through LifeStrengths, we realized that one of the best ways to reach youth was to start in the schools. Site-based coaches act as critical support to teachers and counselors within the school to help ensure youth don’t fall through the cracks in high school. In 2017, LifeStrengths started site-based coaching at Reeds Spring High School and now provides contractual LifeCoaches to three schools.
