Описание: A Subject is like observable. But the main difference between Observable and Subject is that Observables are unicast and on other side Subjects are multicast

There are 3 variants of subjects:
1) BehaviorSubject
2) Replay subject
3) Async subject


A BehaviorSubject a Subject that can emit the current value or initial value(Subjects have no concept of current value).
