This was a live recording starting on the internet and then from my backyard in San Diego of the Falcon 9 launch from Vandenberg AFB, California. - June 16, 2025. You can see the exhaust starting at 2:54 into the video. Travels with Phil copyrighted by Phil Konstantin - You can see the trail go through the sky, and then the staging because it is backlit by the sun just after sunset. I recorded the last minute before launch on my computer, and then went into my backyard so I could see it go across the night sky. Odd, but the video does not exactly show what I saw in my phone. It seems to have cut off part of the top of what the display showed. This is not the greatest quality because I did not hear about the launch until just a few minutes before liftoff, no stabilizer or tripod.
