BALBACUA BEEF TRIPES KNUCKLES AND OXTAIL RECIPE
Beef Knuckles 500grm (Pre Cooked)
Beef tripes 250 grms ( Pre cooked)
Oxtail 500grm ( Pre cooked )
Garlic chooped 5 cloves
Onion red 1med. chopped
Ginger Chooped 5 grms
Lemon grass 1 stick cut into 3
Black beans 10grms
Beans in tomato sauce 1 can
Tomato sauce 200ml
Salt
Black pepper
Chilly flakes (optional)
Spring onion
Green Chili
Procedures:
1. In a skillet add cooking oil , saute garlic , ginger and onion until the flavor comes out.
2. Add the Beef Knuckles , beef tripes and Oxtail then add water or (Beef stock ) let it simmer for 5 mins.
3. Add lemon grass and season with salt and pepper
4. Once it boiled , add black beans, Beans in can and tomato sauce.
5. Add green chilli, chilli flak
es and spring onion
Served hot
