In March 2022, the Canadian Collaborative for Stillbirth Prevention (CC4SP) was co-founded by Nadine Belzile from BabyKicks.ca, Mary Margaret Murphy from Baby's Breath Canada, and Dolma Tsundu from Flutter Care Inc. The CC4SP was founded in memory of Nadine's stillborn daughter, who died from prenatal-onset GBS at 38 weeks of pregnancy.
We are looking for individuals and organizations to join the CC4SP to help in our mission to lobby the Government of Canada for a national action plan to end preventable stillbirths in our country.
To that end, we have opened a petition at https://www.change.org/p/act-now-to-e... which we intend to present to the Minister of Health in Fall 2022. We are aiming to reach 3,000 signatures, one signature for each baby that will be born still this year in Canada.
