At the eighth meeting of the Constitutional Reform Commission, Kazakh State Counsellor and Deputy Chair of the Commission Erlan Karin discussed the differences between the current Fundamental Law and the new one. According to Karin, the novelty of the new Constitution lies not only in its content but also in the clarity of its wording. He noted that complex and difficult-to-understand sentences are currently found in many articles.
