I enjoy going back to things I'm signed off on to polish them up or shake the rust off. The farther I've progressed, the more I understand that nearly everything you learn plays into what you learn in the future. Practicing those fundamentals makes you a stronger flyer and a quicker learn for what comes next. This session I worked on knee flying, sit, layouts, and low speed carving.
