Tasting Purple 7 and Green Cherry Tomatoes!

Описание: Spoiler! My favorite cherry tomato of the year is in this category! Sweet and fruity with lots of flavor notes and pretty colors. This group also has some divisive flavors. We didn't all agree on which ones were best. Come see what we liked and what we didn't like and tell us which ones were your favorites, or what we missed and should plant next year.

Midnight Snack is a high anthocyanin tomato with pretty black shoulders and a star shape where the caylx shades the tomato top fro the sun.

Two Tasty is another bicolor tomato with dark shoulders. You get a sweet and fruity tang and some of the dark purple tones too.

Rosella Cherry are a dark pink rose to a purple color with an amazing flavor. Flavor was the goal of its creation, and it is a fruity delicious tomato all the way through.

Brad's Atomic Grape is a great tomato if you like the flavor, some people rave about it, others don't like it at all. It is stunning with all of its colors and elongated shape.

Green Envy was added this year beacause I didn't have a green tomato and I saw a seed packet from the store and decided to try it. I love the sweet flavor and the bright green color. When I send the kids out to pick they never pick this one because they are waiting for it to turn a different color.

Black Cherry is a great heirloom with lots of great flavor. It is rich and sweet but does not have the really fruity undertones like Two Tasty or Rosella

Black Strawberry- has great coloring. Pinks and purples and darker shoulders won this tomato the pretty prize. It didn't win the flavor overall, but i guess you can't have it all. Still a good tomato.
